Product accessories are covered for one month only.
Serial number and label
Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers or product labels are not covered by warranty.
Accidental and physical damage
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, breakage, impacts, water, or fire is not covered by warranty.
Required packaging
The company may refuse any product submitted without its original box.
Serial-number match
A product is not covered if its serial number does not match the warranty record.
Warranty period
Warranty coverage lasts one year from the date of sale.
